Upcoming Survey for "The Great Colleges to Work For" Program 2025

Faculty and Staff,

I am pleased to announce that Baylor University is again participating in The Great Colleges to Work For program, sponsored by ModernThink. The cornerstone of the program is a survey distributed to the institution’s faculty, staff, and administrators.

• This month, you will receive an email invitation encouraging you to complete the survey.
• When you receive the invitation, please take a few moments to complete the survey. Please keep in mind that you are representing your colleagues as well as yourself.
• The results of the survey are factored into the overall scoring process that ultimately determines the institutions recognized.

The Great Colleges to Work For program is designed to measure employee experiences and to recognize higher education institutions that have great workplace engagement. Summarized findings will be provided to Baylor, which will be used to inform our workplace programs and services.

This is a confidential survey measuring the strength of organizational competencies and relationships that most directly impact and influence an institution’s culture. As such, your participation and honest feedback are critical to the assessment process. To ensure the confidentiality of your responses, your survey will be processed by ModernThink, a research and consulting firm focusing on workplace excellence. After The Chronicle of Higher Education publishes the findings later this year, Baylor will receive a summary of responses to the survey questions. However, the confidentiality of your response will remain protected.
