Tiffany Hogue

  • Chief of Staff to the President

Ms. Tiffany Hogue was named chief of staff to the President in 2021. She co-led with the provost the most recent strategic planning process that led to the adoption of Baylor in Deeds. She is a senior advisor to President Livingstone and is responsible for overseeing the Office of the President and ensuring progress and focus on major University-wide strategic initiatives. She is a conduit through which members of the Baylor community—faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends—can engage with the President, and she coordinates the President’s Leadership Council. 

Ms. Hogue has served at Baylor for 26 years. Prior to joining the Office of the President, she was a clinical professor of higher education and policy. Her other positions at Baylor include chief of staff to the provost, assistant provost, and assistant dean in the College of Arts and Sciences.  Ms. Hogue earned a BA in political science from Baylor and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to joining the administration at Baylor, she practiced employment law at Gallagher & Kennedy, a large firm in Phoenix. 

A lifelong distance runner, she founded the Girls Running Club at Hillcrest PDS Elementary School. She has also completed 20 marathons. She and her husband, Andy, who serves as associate dean for engaged learning in the College of Arts & Sciences at Baylor, have two teenage daughters, Anna and Caroline. They are active members of Calvary Baptist Church in Waco.
