Celebrating Give Light

Dear Baylor Family,

Since its public launch in 2018, the Give Light campaign has been a clarion call to Baylor University’s alumni, parents and friends to come alongside this institution, providing transformational support to propel Baylor’s rise as the preeminent Christian research university.

And you responded to that call. More than 100,000 Baylor alumni, parents and friends gave over $1.5 billion in gifts and pledges, making the Give Light campaign the most successful comprehensive fundraising campaign in Baylor’s 179-year history!

Thank you to all of you who gave to support endowed scholarships, research funds, endowed professorships and chairs, Baylor Athletics and more – many of you provided faithfully, year over year, to advance the mission and Christian vision of this institution. I am grateful for your generous support.

This is a time of celebration. We are grateful for this transformational generosity. Like a stone dropped into a pond, the full impact of our donors' philanthropy will ripple through future generations of Baylor Bears, amplifying their service, their scholarship and their Christian witness in this world.
