Upcoming Survey for "The Great Colleges to Work For" Program 2026

Faculty and Staff:

I know some of you are just returning to campus from time away during Spring Break, but I want to remind you that Baylor University is again participating in the Great Colleges to Work For program this year.

The cornerstone of the program is a confidential survey that will be distributed via email later today to faculty and staff. I strongly encourage you to take a few moments to complete it by the March 27 deadline.

Sponsored by ModernThink – a research and consulting firm focusing on workplace excellence – the Great Colleges survey measures the strength of organizational competencies and relationships that most directly impact and influence an institution’s culture. As such, your participation and honest feedback are critical to the assessment process, and understand Baylor will only receive an anonymous summary of the survey responses.

You may recall that the Great Colleges survey is designed to measure employee experiences and to recognize higher education institutions that have superior workplace engagement. Baylor’s findings have been and will continue to be used to inform our workplace programs and services, from career support to well-being to benefit offerings.
