Judy Carpenter
Director of Board and Presidential Operations & Assistant to the President's Chief of Staff
Judy Carpenter has worked at Baylor since 1987. She holds a B.S. in Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies from Baylor. Before joining the President’s Office in 1997, she held several positions in Baylor ITS. Judy serves as the Assistant to the President’s Chief of Staff, Ms. Tiffany Hogue, and as the office liaison to Baylor’s Board Professional, Kristy Orr. Judy assists Ms. Hogue with special projects and schedules her calendar. Judy works with the First Gentleman to oversee Baylor’s Regent Spouse program. She also oversees departmental budgets, approves timecards for the office, and supervises administrative staff for the Office of the President.
